Hos oss kan du utöva:
Motion, styrketräning, konditionsträning, styrkelyft, armbrytning.
Tyngdlyftning till en viss mån, då vi inte har jätte högt i taket och stående pressar kan vara ett problem om man är lång.
Det spelar ingen roll om nu är nybörjare, motionär eller mer avancerad tränings och kraftsport utövare.
